Logo RegenLab

A Swiss pioneer in autologous cell therapies

Founded in 2003 near Lausanne, Regen Lab is a Swiss manufacturer of medical devices for the preparation of standardised autologous PRP and PRP–hyaluronic acid. We design, produce and package our kits in-house, pairing patented separation technology with a certified quality system — giving clinicians a reproducible standard they can rely on, procedure after procedure.

One patented platform, a full range of autologous solutions

Regen Lab’s patented technology separates blood components using a thixotropic separator gel, delivering a standardised platelet-rich plasma from a simple, closed, single-use kit. From this core platform we have developed a complete set of tools for regenerative procedures across specialties.

RegenPRP™

A standardised autologous platelet-rich plasma prepared from the patient's own blood, designed to support tissue repair and regeneration.

RegenPRP™-HA

PRP combined with hyaluronic acid in a single preparation, engineered for procedures where viscosity and tissue support matter (also known on some markets as Cellular Matrix)

RegenPRP™ + ATS

PRP enriched with Autologous Thrombin Serum, for an autologous fibrin/serum approach prepared entirely from the patient's blood

RegenExtracell®

An extracellular-matrix approach enriched with platelet-rich plasma for tissue regeneration.

Why a closed, standardised kit?

Designed for regenerative procedures across specialties

Clinicians use Regen Lab devices in a broad range of regenerative and aesthetic procedures. Specific indications, protocols and approvals vary by product and by country — explore your local site for what is available in your market.

Orthopaedics & sports medicine

Autologous PRP solutions used by specialists in musculoskeletal and joint-related regenerative procedures.

Aesthetics & dermatology

PRP and PRP-HA preparations used in skin-quality and facial regenerative procedures.

Wound healing & tissue repair

Autologous approaches supporting tissue repair, including the RegenWound range.

Intimate & functional health

Regenerative PRP procedures in andrology, gynaecology and pelvic-floor health.

Standardisation you can trust device after device.

Practitioners choose Regen Lab because regenerative outcomes start with a controlled preparation. Our technology removes variability from the bench and replaces it with a documented, reproducible standard.

Patented standardisation

A thixotropic separator gel delivers a consistent platelet concentration, reducing operator-to-operator variability.

Regulatory compliance

Class IIb & Class III medical devices, CE-marked under EU-MDR 2017/745 and built to ISO 13485.

Clinical evidence

A growing body of peer-reviewed publications supporting standardised PRP across specialties.

Safety by design

Sterile, non-pyrogenic, single-use, closed systems — fully autologous, prepared from the patient's own blood.

From a blood draw to, ready-to-use autologous PRP — at the bedside

Regen Lab kits are built for a simple, closed and reproducible workflow that fits into routine practice.

Blood collection in a medical setting

Step 01 — Draw

Collect a small volume of the patient's own blood directly into the sterile, single-use Regen Lab kit.

01

Step 02 — Separate

A single centrifugation step uses the patented thixotropic gel to separate blood components and isolate a standardised platelet-rich plasma.

02

Step 03 — Ready to use

The standardised PRP is immediately available at the bedside for the practitioner to use in the procedure.

03

A standard built on evidence, not assumption

Standardised PRP only matters if it holds up to scrutiny. Regen Lab’s technology is supported by a growing body of peer-reviewed publications across multiple specialties, and by close collaboration with clinicians and researchers worldwide — a commitment to reproducibility you can document.

Answers to the questions clinicians ask most

Everything you need to know about standardised autologous PRP, our technology and how to work with Regen Lab.

Autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is prepared from a small sample of the patient's own blood. After a single centrifugation, the platelet-rich fraction is separated and made available to the treating clinician. "Autologous" simply means it comes from the patient themselves.

Our kits use a patented thixotropic separator gel and a defined single-spin protocol, so the platelet concentration is reproducible from one preparation to the next — removing much of the operator-to-operator variability seen with open techniques.

Clinicians use our devices across a range of regenerative and aesthetic fields — orthopaedics and sports medicine, dermatology and aesthetics, tissue repair, and intimate health. Available products and approved indications depend on your market.
